Browse our catalogue, click on view. This will enlarge the picture and give the various purchase options. Select the options and then click on shopping basket. When finished shopping click on “checkout”, and you will be asked a few details to enable us to satisfy your request. Your quotation request will be emailed to us. You can also print and fax it to us, or even request a quotation over phone.
Whichever way we receive your quotation request, we will contact you to discuss it before payment is required.
You can delete any items, until the quotation is accepted and final payment is made. |

- PRICE
All prices are strictly cash unless otherwise stated.
Post–dated cheques are not acceptable.
The purchaser will be fully liable to MISTRY'S for cost incurred in recovering amounts in respect to cheques returned by our bank marked "Refer To Drawer", and where a "Stop Payment" has been instituted.
- OWNERSHIP
Ownership of the goods will not pass to the customer until the full purchase price has been paid to the Company.
- PAYMENT
Payment for goods must be made at the time of the sale; or where a deposit has been paid at the time of the sale, the balance outstanding must be settled "Cash on Delivery".
- DELIVERY
A nominal delivery charge is made for delivery of goods to the customer.
The Company's drivers have been duly instructed to bring back goods where full payment is not made upon delivery.
Repeat deliveries are subjected to a higher delivery charge, and may only be repeated after full payment has been received by the Company.
Whilst every effort will be made to execute deliveries as promised, the Company will not be liable for non–compliance in circumstances beyond the control of the Company.
Under no circumstances will a definite time be given for a specific delivery.
- RETURNS
Furniture that has been fully/ partly painted/ stained/ varnished after purchase definitely not refundable.
Goods returned will be subjected to a handling charge.
No goods returned after 7 days.
- REPAIRS
Repairs to goods purchased from the Company will not only be under-taken upon the production of a valid receipt.
No repairs will be carried out on items of furniture which are more than three years old.
At the discretion of the Company, repairs will be subjected to a charge as determined by the company.
- INDEMNITY
The company will not be held liable for colour discrepancies arising out of staining, oiling, varnishing, ducoing or any other coating applied to the base product.
This express condition is applicable to finishing executed by the Company or its sub-contractors, at the request of the purchaser, and to finishing products purchased from the Company.
- SIZES
All sizes quoted or displayed approx. only.
Where sizes are critical we suggest physical measurements of actual article.
We will not be held responsible for size discrepancies where eg. Glass has been ordered by customer to fit our unit.
- REFUNDS
Refunds in respect of purchases where payment is made by Credit or Debit Cards such refunds will be subjected to a 6% charge, this being to recover bank commission charged by the bank to Mistry's for each swipe of debit/credit card.
- CANCELLATION OF SALES
The purchaser will be liable for all costs (of whatever nature) incurred by Mistry's in the event where the purchaser decides to cancel the sale.
- ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS OF SALE BY CUSTOMER
Payment or part there pf goods from the Company implies acceptance of the above conditions of sale.
- LAY BY'S
lay-by's are accepted by all stores but only run a maximum term of 6 months. Customers who do not collect goods in the 6 month period forfeit they deposit paid to off-set storage costs.
